I am Melinda, Team Leader, and Support Arm Manager here at Project Make Lemonade. My background is in Mental Health, Disability, and Community Services.

Due to my work background, qualifications, and lived experience with a child with complex needs, I am particularly strong in working with Mental Health and High Needs care.

I am responsible not only for caring for our wonderful participants but also for our amazing staff members.

As the head of the support arm, I am responsible for ensuring all compliance standards are followed in alignment with our brand policies, procedures, and values.

With a sense of humor and a person-centered approach, I am able to assist our participants in reaching their NDIS and life goals.

A few of my hobbies include swimming in the ocean, physical activity, and board games.
